LEVEL I: This training will focus on community organizing in the service of marginalized communities without recreating systems of oppression. Topics will include intersectional advocacy, privilege and productive silence, critiques of current white led anti-racism work, uplifting without contributing to erasure, and moving beyond reactionary initiatives.

LEVEL II: Join DiDi Delgado & Leslie Mac for Organizing on (Safety) Pins & Needles Level II. Building on the allyship & power dynamic concepts covered in their Level I #OSPAN Workshop, Leslie & DiDi take participants through basic organizing principles, accountability concepts and more in this new course. Attendees will collectively plan a real world direct action during the workshop which will be executed within 30 days of the training. *This is a HANDS ON workshop available ONLY to those who have already completed the Level I OSPAN Workshop.
